CAD model data

We can convert sample part and 2D drawings into 3D CAD model data, we have standardised on ISO 10303, STEP,  AP214 from which we can provide 3D PDF models for customer visuals, click on the link ►

Proof of concept parts

During the early stages of design or when you are seeking customer approval you might need an example to present but are reluctant to invest in tooling for something that might change shape/form once handled, or be a speculative enquiry, to assist you we can supply 3D printed models for fit and tactile approval.

Material testing

We can provide moulded material test samples or undertake material testing to recognised test procedures, however if you prefer to do this work yourselves we can supply the equipment that you need from low cost hand held dispensers, tools and even entry level moulding stations.

Production quality sample test parts

Send us your 3D STEP file of the part together with your expectations, we will undertake a feasibility study of the process and if we consider it to viable,we will offer to make your production quality samples for a fixed fee, which will entail tool design, process development and samples once a consistent process has been established. We aim to deliver parts that you can subject to validation testing within 6 weeks from enquiry.
