Our new semi auto bench top stations are designed to be quickly configured to meet short cycle demand schedules, interchangeable switch-on/switch-off dispensing modules both pneumatic and Nordson powered systems allow rapid changeover of material such as from amber to black and different material selections, avoiding lengthy cleaning changeover downtime. We developed a tooling system with a customer that enabled them to produce up to 125 over-moulded cable combinations from just five rapid changeover tools.

These small footprint units can be quickly moved to storage when not needed on the line, our low cost rentals can mean they can produce a target profit return with low utilisation of 50% or less.
